Terms and Conditions
**Terms and Conditions for Aqua Queen Boat Reservation:**
**1. Booking Confirmation and Deposit:**
- To secure your reservation, a deposit is required and must be paid within the specified time frame provided upon booking.
- The booking will only be considered confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.
**2. Cancellation Policy:**
- Cancellation requests made more than 7 days before the scheduled booking date are eligible for a refund, excluding the deposit.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled booking date will not be eligible for any refund.
- Full payment for the reservation must be received no later than 3 days before the booked date. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of the reservation without a refund.
**3. No Refund for Same-Day Cancellations or No Shows:**
- Cancellations on the day of the booking or no shows will not be entitled to any refund. The full payment for the reservation will be retained by the service provider.
**4. Weather-Related Changes:**
- In the event of adverse weather conditions as forecasted, the skipper reserves the right to make the decision to either cancel the trip or reschedule it for a later date.
- The skipper's decision regarding weather-related changes is final and binding.
**Additional Terms:**
- The client acknowledges that engaging in any activities on the boat involves inherent risks, and the service provider shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property.
- The client agrees to follow all safety instructions provided by the skipper and adhere to all safety regulations during the trip.
**Disclaimer:**
- The service provider reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Clients will be subject to the terms and conditions in effect at the time of booking.
By confirming the reservation, the client agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
